How to Migrate Old Solana Tokens
Overview
Section titled “Overview”VoidAI enables users to migrate from legacy bridged SVM tokens to newly issued CCIP-enabled Solana tokens (TAO or ALPHA).
This migration flow lets you:
- Burn / submit previously bridged SVM tokens (if required)
- Claim newly issued CCIP-native Solana TAO or ALPHA tokens
- Track migration and settlement status end-to-end
Roles & responsibilities
Section titled “Roles & responsibilities”| Role | Responsibilities |

| Admin | Reviews migration requests, verifies burn transactions (if applicable), and accepts or rejects submissions. |
| User | Submits a migration request, performs a burn (if required), approves wallet transactions, and tracks request status. |
Key rule: token visibility
Section titled “Key rule: token visibility”A token is visible for migration only after it has been enabled by the platform. Users cannot submit migration requests for tokens that are not enabled.
Prerequisites (Users)
Section titled “Prerequisites (Users)”- Solana-compatible wallet
- MetaMask (only if EVM interaction is required)
- Talisman (only if SS58 validation is required)
- Enough SOL for network fees
- Access to the VoidAI Settlements portal

User guide — CCIP token migration

Section titled “Step 1: Access migration”- Open the Settlements portal.
- Connect required wallets:
- Solana wallet
- MetaMask (if required)
- Talisman (if required)
- Select Claim CCIP Token.
Step 2: Enter migration details
Section titled “Step 2: Enter migration details”Enter the amount to migrate. The system validates:
- Legacy SVM token balance
- Eligibility
Then review:
- Conversion preview
- Platform fee (if applicable)
- Final receivable amount
Step 3: Submit migration request
Section titled “Step 3: Submit migration request”- Click Submit Migration.
- Approve/sign wallet transaction(s) when prompted.
- If burning is required, the system redirects you to the burn confirmation step.
Scenario 2: Burn & migrate legacy bridged SVM tokens

Section titled “Step 1: Select Burn & Migrate”- Choose Burn & Migrate.
- Confirm the burn amount.
Step 2: Approve burn transaction
Section titled “Step 2: Approve burn transaction”- Sign using your Solana wallet.
- Confirm the on-chain burn transaction.
- Wait for blockchain confirmation.
Step 3: CCIP mint processing
Section titled “Step 3: CCIP mint processing”- The platform verifies the burn transaction.
- The admin reviews the request.
- If approved, the CCIP-enabled Solana token mint/release is processed and credited to the user’s Solana wallet.

Admin → Settlements → Settlement Requests
Step 2: Review submission
Section titled “Step 2: Review submission”Verify:
- User wallet address
- Burn transaction hash (if applicable)
- Token amount
- On-chain confirmation status
- Conversion accuracy
Step 3: Accept or reject
Section titled “Step 3: Accept or reject”- Click ACCEPT to approve the request
- Click REJECT to decline the request
If approved, the system proceeds with minting/releasing the CCIP-enabled Solana tokens.
Track request status (User)
Section titled “Track request status (User)”Open My Requests
Section titled “Open My Requests”- Navigate to Settlements.
- Open My Requests.
- Click View on the request.

- Ensure you have enough SOL for transaction fees.
- Verify the destination Solana wallet before signing.
- Confirm burn details before approving.
Troubleshooting

| Token not visible | Token is not enabled by the platform yet. |
| Burn transaction failed | Check SOL balance and network; retry. |
| Migration pending too long | Contact the platform administrator. |
| Approved but tokens not visible | Verify the connected Solana wallet address. |
